Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our DE based warehouses between Monday and Friday. Orders received will be dispatched within 2-3 business day.

Delivery

Deliveries are made between Mondays and Sunday 7am-6pm by our contracted couriers.We will provide tracking number for your parcel so you can track the progress online.

EU countries:

Standard Delivery service is free and after receiving your order, the goods will be dispatched within 1-2 business day, usually 4-5 days for delivery. We also offer Express Delivery in UK which will take 3 - 4 business day for an extra charge.
